Reliance Weaving Mills Reports No Distribution for 2023

Karachi, Reliance Weaving Mills, symbolized as REWM on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, announced its financial performance for the year ending June 2023. The company, with a paid-up capital of Rs. 308.11 million, reported a decline in distributions, declaring 75% in 2021 and 40% in 2022, but none for 2023. The stock’s daily weighted average rate was Rs. 69.14, with a high rate of Rs. 91 and a low rate of Rs. 44.35. The earnings per share (EPS) for January-November 2023 stood at Rs. 56.24, and the total turnover was 2,235,000. Reliance Weaving Mills has been listed since 1992, with its last book closure on October 21, 2022.
