Resignation of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited Secretary

Karachi: Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited announced the resignation of its Acting Company Secretary, Mr. Ahmed Bharamchari, effective June 29, 2024. The notice of resignation was issued to TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Bharamchari has ceased to be the Acting Secretary as of the stated date. The notification stressed the importance of informing TRE Certificate Holders promptly.

The Company has not yet announced a successor for Mr. Bharamchari.
