Karachi, Resource Corporation (Private) Limited has acquired 35,053 shares, representing 0.16% of the total issued voting shares of Sapphire Textile Mills Limited.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this transaction follows the Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the High Court of Sindh at Karachi.
The acquisition increases Resource Corporation’s total shareholding in Sapphire Textile Mills Limited to 1,305,508 shares, which now accounts for 6.02% of the company’s voting shares. The transaction does not require further action under Part IX of the Securities Act, 2015, except for reporting.
