S.G. Power Limited to Hold Board Meeting for Approval of Fiscal Year 2023 Accounts and Director Election

Karachi, S.G. Power Limited, a prominent player in the energy sector, has announced the convening of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for September 30, 2023, at the company’s registered office in Karachi. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the financial accounts for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2023.

Additionally, during this crucial gathering, the Board of Directors will deliberate on determining the number of directors to be elected, a significant decision that will shape the company’s leadership for the upcoming term.
