Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors, of M/s Salman Noman Enterprises Limited will be held on April 30th 2012 at 34/C, New Muslim Town, Lahore at 10:30 A.M. to transact the following business.
1. To confirm the minutes of last Board Meeting.
2. To discuss and approve the Directors’ report and Un-audited accounts of the Company for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2012.
3. To transact any other business with the permission of chair.
Member of the Board of Directors are requested, not to deal in the shares of’ the Company during the close period, April 24, 2012 to April 30, 2012 (both days inclusive).
