Karachi, October 25, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 9:00 A.M. on 31st October, 2012 at SF-96, S.I.T.E., Karachi, to consider the Accounts of the First Quarter ended 30th September, 2012.

Please further note that the “closed period” as defined in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) on the Code of Corporate Governance (Revised) of SECP, as been determined between 24-Oct-2012 to 31-Oct-2012 (both days inclusive). The Directors, CEO and Executives have been directed not to deal, directly or indirectly, in the shares of the Company during the closed period.
