Karachi, Sapphire Fibres Limited has officially announced its 44th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on October 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Karachi. Shareholders and stakeholders will gather to discuss and decide on vital business matters concerning the company’s operations.

In preparation for the Annual General Meeting, shareholders should be aware that the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 20, 2023, to October 26, 2023 (both days inclusive). No transfers of shares will be accepted for registration during this period. Transfers received in order by M/s. THK Associates (Private) Limited, the Company Registrar, located at Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, D.H.A., Phase VII, Karachi, up to October 19, 2023, will be considered in time to entitle the transferees to attend and vote at the meeting.
