Search operation underway to recover dead bodies of persons drowned in Gilgit River

In Gilgit, search operation is underway to recover dead bodies of four persons drowned in Gilgit River in a road accident on Sunday (24-05-2020).

According to Rescue 1122, one person has been rescued so far.

The accident occurred when a Gilgit bound car coming from Ghizer plunged into Gilgit River near Hapoon.
