Security Investment Bank Limited Dispatches Bonus Share Certificates

Karachi, Security Investment Bank Limited has announced the dispatch and credit of bonus share certificates to its shareholders. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the certificates correspond to a 15% bonus for the period ending 31 December 2023. These were issued on 29 April 2024 and processed on 29 May 2024. Shareholders have received these certificates through courier service or had them credited to their respective accounts in the Central Depository System of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.

The credit and dispatch cover 90% of the entitled bonus shares. The remaining 10% of the shares will be credited or dispatched following the collection of income tax, in compliance with section 236Z of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
