Security Investment Bank Limited’s 77th meeting of the board of directors

Karachi, April 17, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the 77th meeting of the Board of Directors of Security Investment Bank Limited (SIBL) is scheduled to be held as follows:

Date : Thursday, 25 April 2013
Time : 4:00 pm
Venue : 6th Floor, Madina City Mall, Abdullah Haroon Road, Karachi

The meeting is primarily being held for the review and approval of the Quarterly Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company for the quarter ended 31
March 2013.

We would like to further inform you that the close period of the Company is from 19 April 2013 to 25 April 2013 as required under clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance and that this close period is being intimated to all the directors of Security Investment Bank Limited along with notice of the meeting.
