Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited’s change in date and Time for Board of Directors Meeting to be Held On Friday, September 9, 2011 at 9:30 A.M.

Karachi: It is to inform that date and time of Board of Directors Meeting has been changed and is now scheduled to be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. instead of Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. as communicated earlier.

In compliance with listing regulation No, XXVI of the Exchanges, the Company has now determined a closed period from September 3, 2011 to September 9, 2011 (both days inclusive) during which no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive of the Company shall deal in the shares of the Company in any manner directly or indirectly.
