Karachi: We are pleased to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shakarganj Mills Limited (SGML) is scheduled to be held on Friday the July 29, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at the Mills Premises of The Crescent Textile Mills Limited, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad to consider and approve the Un-audited Accounts of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months ended June 30, 2011.
Further, we wish to inform that close period as defined in clause xxvi of The Karachi Stock Exchange’s Listing regulations No.35 (code of Corporate Governance) will start from July 22, 2011 to July 29, 2011, during which no director, CEO or executive of the company shall directly or indirectly deal in any manner in the shares of the company.
