Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited’s board of directors meeting

Karachi, September 7, 2012 (PPI-OT): Reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that 48th meeting of the Board of Directors of Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited (STPL) will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Siddiqsons Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi to consider and approve Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 11-09-2012 to 17-09-2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No.37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director (s), CEO or Executive (s) shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
