Siemens Consortium Awarded Rs. 12.3 Billion Contract by NTDC for Allama Iqbal Industrial City Grid Station

Karachi, Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Limited is pleased to announce that the National Transmission & Despatch Company (NTDC) has awarded a significant contract to the Siemens Consortium. The contract, with an approximate value of Rs. 12.3 billion (USD 44.5 million), will have a positive impact on the company’s new order value.

The project entails the construction of a 500/132kV Grid Station at Allama Iqbal Industrial City/M-3 Faisalabad. The primary objective of the grid station is to meet the growing energy demand of the upcoming Allama Iqbal Industrial City in Faisalabad.
