Silkbank Limited Announces Upcoming Board Meeting Scheduled for May 10, 2024

Karachi, Silkbank Limited has announced a board meeting to be held on May 10, 2024. The meeting will take place in Karachi and will cover agenda items not related to financial results. This announcement was issued to comply with the regulatory framework of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, specifically Clause 5.6.1(d).

The bank has also instituted a “Closed Period” from May 4, 2024, to May 10, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell shares of the bank.

The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been informed about these developments as required.
