Sindh Education Minister to Visit Malir District, Focuses on Teacher Recruitment and Education Reform

Karachi, Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad acknowledged the revolutionary changes introduced by Provincial Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah in the education department. These changes have allowed the Sindh government to recruit youth from Karachi into the education department based on merit, without discrimination.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Deputy Mayor Murad highlighted the success of the educated youth from Malir district in the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) test for teacher recruitment. The merit-based approach has contributed to significant recruitment of teachers in the education department, promoting a fair and inclusive system.

The meeting between Deputy Mayor Murad and Provincial Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah included discussions about the recruitment of teachers in Malir district. Syed Sardar Shah mentioned that he would visit Malir district next month to meet with elected representatives and discuss improvements for all educational institutions in the district.
