Karachi: In an effort to enhance the support structure for athletes in Sindh, Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri has expanded the Governor’s Initiative to include sports, establishing a three-member committee of senior officers tasked with addressing the needs and challenges faced by local athletes. This move aims to provide comprehensive support and necessary resources to talented sportspeople, particularly those representing the region in international competitions.

According to Sindh Governor House, the newly formed committee will oversee the distribution of resources and ensure that athletes receive the backing they need to excel in their respective sports disciplines.
