Sindh Minister rules out impression generated by media about disease in cattles at Kohistan area

Karachi, March 28, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Sindh Minister for Live Stock and Fisheries Jam Khan Shoro has ruled out the impression being generated by media about disease in cattles at Kohistan area. In this statement issued here today Mr. Shoro said that he himself along with Sindh Minister Giyaan Chand has visited Sari Kohistan, Mole, Chhora, Shahlna , Lalani Burfat and other areas of Kohistan got Ist hand information from the inhabitants / breeders about the disease in their cattle but none of them confirmed it or raised complain.

However the Villagers acknowledged that teams from the livestock department have visited their areas and vaccinated the animals. Mr. Shoro further informed that four veterinary teams were busy in vaccination of the animals at the Koshistan areas since last one and half month.
