Suspension of trading in the shares of Sukuk-1 of Engro Corporation Limited

Karachi: Karachi Stock Exchange informed that trading in the shares of Sukuk-1 of Engro Corporation Limited shall remain suspended during the period from December 23, 2015 to January 10, 2016 and resume on January 11, 2016.

Further, the share books of the company will remain closed from December 28, 2015 to January 10, 2016 for the entitlement of third profit payment of sukuk-1.
