Islamabad, The Extraordinary General Meeting of Telecard Limited, which took place on Wednesday, 26 June 2024, concluded with the election of seven directors for a term of three years commencing from 29 June 2024.
According to the details released by the company, the election process was conducted in adherence to Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017. The newly elected directors are expected to bring varied expertise to the board, contributing to the strategic guidance of the company. The list of elected directors includes Mr. S.M. Pervez Sadiq, Mr. Syed Aamir Hussain, Mr. Waseem Ahmad, Mr. Syed Imran Haider Jaffery, Mr. Asad Mujtaba Naqvi, Ms. Fabzia Ahsen, and Ms. Naueen Ahmed.
