Karachi, April 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the April 16, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at 2nd Floor, House of Habib, Sharea Faisal, Karachi to consider the Unaudited Accounts for the 3rd quarter ended March 31, 2013.
As per Code of Corporate Governance the closed period will be from April 9, 2013 to April 16, 2013 whereby no Directors, CEO or Executives and their family members shall directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company.
