Karachi, October 10, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Khyber (BOK) will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 02:00 p.m. at The Bank of Khyber, Islamabad Branch, 38-Zahoor Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad, to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts of the Bank of Khyber for the period ended September 30, 2012.
The Bank has declared “Closed Period” from October 10, 2012 to October 18, 2012 as required under clause (xxiii) of’ the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
