The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s announcement of Extension of time for submission of documents for change of RTA/ Unblocked of R/TA Authorities

Karachi: This is with reference to your letter dated May 21, 2011 on the captioned subject. In this regard, please note that we have unblocked your R/TA authorities (self) in CDS with effect from May 23, 2011, as requested, Further, you are requested to kindly provide us the following documents within 07 business days from the date of receipt of this letter, enabling us to change your R/TA in CDS:

1. Revised request letter for change of R/TA on Issuer letterhead, mentioning the effective date, R/TA name, R/TA ID, duly singed by the authorized signatory (ies).

2. Revised certificate under Regulation 5.6.1of the CDCPL Regulation (specimen enclosed) on the issuer letterhead duly signed by the authorized signatory (ies).

3. Notice from respective stock exchange with regards to appointment of R/TA.
