Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held at 10.00 a.m. at Mills premises at Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad on 7th day of October 2011 to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2011.

Close Period

Reference to the proviso of Regulation No.37 (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange, we intimate that Close Period is October 01, 2011 to October 15, 2011 No Director, CEO or Executive shall directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the Closed Period.
