Cardsharp(R) is a great chef’s knife. The blade is sharp, long and thinenough to cut bread and extremely useful for fast cutting of ultra thinslices of vegetables including tomatoes, cucumber, garlic etc. Suitable forcamping and expedition use, Cardsharp(R) is an essential outdoorcompanion/survival tool.
