Karachi, TPL Corp Limited has detailed its Sukuk (TPLSC) and TFC (TPLTFC3) issuances. Both securities have a market lot of 1 and face value of Rs. 100,000. The Sukuk, with a five-year tenor, offers a profit rate of “3M KIBOR +2.25%”, while the TFC, also with a five-year tenor, has a profit rate of “3M KIBOR +2.50%”. Both securities have a total issue size and outstanding principal of Rs. 2,190,000,000 and Rs. 2,265,000,000, respectively. The next coupon dates are 23-Dec-2023 for the Sukuk and 28-Dec-2023 for the TFC.
