Karachi: TPL Corp Limited (TPLSC) has declared the issuance of Sukuk securities with a market lot size of 1 and a face value of Rs. 100,000. These securities will have a tenor of 5 years and a profit rate of “3M KIBOR + 2.25%.” The total issue size for TPLSC is Rs. 2,190,000,000, with the next coupon date scheduled for 23-Dec-2023.Additionally, TPL Corp Limited (TPLTFC3) has also announced the issuance of Tier-II Privately Placed Debt Securities with a market lot size of 1 and a face value of Rs. 100,000. These securities have a tenor of 5 years and will carry a profit rate of “3M KIBOR + 2.50%.” The total issue size for TPLTFC3 is Rs. 2,265,000,000, with the next coupon date set for 28-Dec-2023.
