Transfer/postings in Sindh Judiciary

Karachi, November 05, 2015 (PPI-OT):The Chief Justice and the judges of the High Court of Sindh have ordered the following transfers and postings of District and Sessions Judges, with immediate effect:

Mr. Ghulam Shah, is transferred from Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial) Sukkur to Khairpur against the post lying vacant. He is to take charge immediately.

Mr. Faheem Ahmed Khan is transferred from Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial) Hyderabad and directed to report to High Court, he is to leave the charge of the post immediately. A post of OSD is created in order to draw his salary and allowances.

The Chief Justice has under the Sindh Civil servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973 re-instated the following Judicial officers in service, with immediate effect:

Mr. Sultan Ali Leghari, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Report to High Court); Mr. Khalid Hussain Leghari, Senior Civil Judge/ Assistant Sessions Judge Naushahro Feroze and Mr. Zafar Hussai Leghari, Civil Judge and judicial Magistrate Naushahro Feroze.

The Chief Justice has directed Mr. Suresh Kumar, District and Sessions Judge (waiting for posting) to join his new assignment as Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Central) Hyderabad.
