Lahore: Treet Battery Limited has announced a rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting originally set for Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:30 A.M. The meeting will now take place at 12:30 P.M. on the same day at 72-B, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, the company’s registered office.
The board meeting, which does not involve the consideration of financial results, had to be rescheduled for reasons not disclosed in the company’s announcement. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a “closed period” from July 12, 2024, to July 18, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with the company’s shares.
This regulatory measure, as mandated under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, is designed to prevent insider trading and maintain market integrity during critical decision-making periods. The company has communicated these developments to the certificate holders of the exchange to ensure compliance with the necessary regulatory standards.
