Tri-Pack Films Limited Announces Deadline for Unclaimed Shares and Dividends

Karachi: Notice has been issued by Tri-Pack Films Limited regarding unclaimed shares and dividends that have remained payable for over three years. The company has detailed the relevant information on its website under “Investor Relations — Shareholder Notice and Announcement.”

Shareholders of Tri-Pack Films Limited who have not yet claimed their dividends or shares are urged to submit their claims. These dividends and shares have been unclaimed since the date they became due and payable. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), notices were initially sent via courier and registered post to the last known addresses of the shareholders.

The company has mandated that claims be submitted within ninety days of the notice publication. The submissions should be directed to the Company’s Share Registrar, FAMCO Share Registration Services (Nt.) Limited. This action is in compliance with Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.

Should no claims be received within the stipulated ninety-day period, Tri-Pack Films Limited will proceed with actions prescribed by the Companies Act to handle these unclaimed assets.
