Karachi, October 1, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the 74th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Zamin Modaraba Management (Pvt.) Limited, Management Company of Trust Modaraba (TRSM) and Unicap Modaraba will be held on Monday 08th of October, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Marriott Karachi to consider and approve;

Accounts of Trust Modaraba and Unicap Modaraba for the year ended June 30th 2012.

Further, the close period is determined from 28th September, 2012 to 08th October, 2012 (both days inclusive) for dealing in shares of the Trust Modaraba and Unicap Modaraba by the CEO and Directors of the Company in compliance of the clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance.
