Indian Troops Detain Mute Woman from AJK Inadvertently Crossing into Rajouri

Srinagar, Indian troops have arrested a 45-year-old mute woman, hailing from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, along the Line of Control in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the woman from Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, is believed to have inadvertently crossed the Line of Control and was detained by the Indian police in the Pukhern area of the district. The woman was detained from the forward Pukherni village in the Laam sector late on Sunday night, an army official said.
