UDL International Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Post-Merger Developments

Karachi, UDL International Limited, which is currently in the process of listing following the merger with First UDE Modaraba, has scheduled a board meeting for May 28, 2024. The meeting aims to update the board on developments post-merger, discuss the company’s listing on the exchange, and revisit business prospects previously under consideration before the merger. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company has also announced a closed period from May 22, 2024, to May 28, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares. This restriction is in compliance with the Exchange’s Rule Book. Any significant decisions made during the meeting will be disclosed to shareholders through the exchange.

Stakeholders and TRE Certificate holders have been notified accordingly through the First UDL Modaraba’s portal, which is being used for communications during the transition period.
