Murree: Wah Nobel Chemicals Limited has scheduled a crucial board of directors meeting for August 13, 2024, to discuss and approve the budget for the 2024-25 financial year. The meeting will take place in Murree and via video link.

The agenda for the upcoming meeting centers on the financial framework for the next fiscal year, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic financial planning. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the board will thoroughly review and potentially approve the proposed budget.

In compliance with the PSX Rule Book, particularly clause 5.6.4, Wah Nobel Chemicals has also declared a “Closed Period” from August 6, 2024, to August 13, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares, either directly or indirectly.
