Wazir Ahmed Jogezai Steps Down as Director of Bawanyair Products Limited, Mohabat Khan Appointed

Karachi, Bawanyair Products Limited announced today that Mr. Wazir Ahmed Jogezai has ceased to be a Director of the company, effective June 04, 2024. Mr. Mohabat Khan has been appointed to fill the vacated position. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transition in directorship does not affect the operational or strategic direction of the company.
