Karachi, March 31, 2014 (PPI-OT): Microsoft support for Windows XP, including Windows XP Professional for Embedded Systems and Office 2003, ends on April 8, 2014, by which users will no longer receive any new security updates, free or paid assisted support options, or online content updates.
Microsoft’s decision to end Windows XP support is based on the concept to provide a new modern Windows platform that meets the demands of the modern workers and businesses and protect them against viable security threats and also keeping them updated on the latest technological trends and advancements.
