With True Spirit of Sacrifice and Firm Determination we can overcome all Dilemmas; says Dr. Fehmida Mirza

Islamabad: Dr. Fehmida Mirza, Speaker National Assembly has said that incident of karbala gave us a message of true spirit of sacrifices and firm determination among the Muslim Ummah. Hazrat Imam Hussain along with his companion made an example of courage, tolerance, upholding truth and principles which could not be ignored in time to comes, said NA Speaker in her message on the occasion of Ashura.

The Speaker said that Ashura reminds us that we should not hesitate to render any sacrifice for upholding the principles of truthfulness and Islamic values. She said that today the Muslim Ummah was passing through difficult phase and was confronting problems and challenges like extremism and terrorism. She said that today Ummah needed the spirit of Karbala and added that with the true spirit of sacrifice and firm determination we could overcome all difficulties.

The Speaker said that the best way to pay tributes to the martyrs of Karbala was to make commitment on this day to work and devote oneself for the development and strength of the country.
