Withdrawal of Assistant Director Position Announced by Punjab Food Authority

Islamabad: The Punjab Food Authority has officially withdrawn the post of Assistant Director (Standard and Accreditation) (BS-17), previously advertised under Advertisement No. 29/2023, Serial No. 300, and Case No. 31-RJ/2023. This position, integral to the Food Department’s operations, will no longer be filled as previously planned.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the withdrawal was initiated by the Administrative Department of the Punjab Food Authority. In light of this development, the Commission has provided an option for candidates who have already applied for the now-cancelled position. Applicants can redirect their paid Treasury Challan towards any other single post advertised by the Commission within the coming year. This measure aims to accommodate those affected by the withdrawal, ensuring their application efforts and financial contributions remain valid for future opportunities.
