‘Youth killing glaring example of Indian terrorism in IOK’

Srinagar, November 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi has said that the brutal killing of another Kashmiri youth at Lashi Pora Mawar Handwara by Indian forces is yet another glaring example of Indian state terrorism in the territory.

Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi speaking to people at Mawar Handwara, today, that elections and assemblies were meant to hide and legitimize such kinds of killings, therefore, ‘it is our duty to boycott the fraud elections and demonstrate loyalty with Kashmiri martyrs.

Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi reached the residence of recently martyred youth, Zahoor Ahmad Najar and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family. People told Bakshi that Zahoor Ahmad was picked up by Indian army intelligence personnel and was blasted near Mawar Handwara just after his arrest.

Showkat, while condemning the brutal killing of the innocent youth told people to recognize friends and foes. He said: “The people who are today asking us to vote are actually stooges of these killer forces and their only job is to legitimize these murderous acts of Indian army and forces.”

Another delegation of JKLF visited some areas of Budgam namely Soie Pora, Yechgam and Chatabugh Colony and asked people to boycott upcoming elections.

The delegations also distributed written appeal of illegally detained ailing JKLF Chairman, Mohammad Yasin Malik among the people.
