3 killed after Typhoon Mangkhut hits Philippines

In the Philippines, three people were killed when a strong typhoon tore through the northern part of the country.

Packing winds of more than two hundred kilometers per hour along with torrential rain, the typhoon caused floods, landslides and power outages.

Meanwhile, the Philippines state weather agency said the danger is not over yet, with continued storm surges and heavy rains that could trigger floods and more landslides.
