Bating first, Afghanistan were all out for 126 runs in 45.2 overs.
In reply, Bangladesh achieved the target for the loss of three wickets in 23.3 overs.
Afghanistan won the three match series by two-one.
Both the teams will also play two T-2O matches series commencing from Friday at Sylhet.
