Islamabad, Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has declared a 10% final dividend for its shareholders. The company’s transfer books will be closed from April 18, 2024, to April 25, 2024, with the dividend being payable upon the reopening of the books. The book closure notice issued today also specifies April 16, 2024, as the date when the share transfers will be suspended, resuming on April 25, 2024, at 11:00 am. The financial announcement was made public through a filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
