Agritech Limited’s postponement of book closing for preference right shares

Karachi: This refers to our letter dated August 27, 2011 wherein it was informed that share transfer books of the Company will be closed from September 28, 2011 to October 04, 2011 for entitlement of 40.60% Right Preference Shares.

In this regard it is hereby informed that approval of SECP for issuance of Preference Shares under section 90 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 read with Rule 5 of Companies’ Share Capital (Variation in Rights and Privileges) Rules, 2000 is in process and it will be finalised in due course of time.

The date of books closure earlier announced vide our letter dated August 27, 2011 is hereby postponed by the Company. Revised date of Books Closure for entitlement of 40.60% Right Preference Shares will be announced later on and informed to the Exchange and other concerned accordingly.
