Karachi, August 29, 2012 (PPI-OT): The Directors of the company in their meeting held on August 15, 2012 have appointed Mr. Damlano Cretarola and Mr. Stefano Pampalone as Director on the Board to fill the vacancy created as a result of resignation of Mr. Hadjas Yousuf and Mr. Marlo Gasparri.
