Karachi, July 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 13:30 Hrs. on Monday July 29, 2013 in Karachi to consider the Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2013.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.

Closed Period

The code of corporate governance requires that the company shall determine a “Closed Period” prior to the announcement of interim/ final results and any business decision, which may materially affect the market price of its shares. No Director or Executive Shall, Directly or Indirectly, Deal in the Shares of the Company in Any Manner During the Closed Period.

For the purpose of announcement of results for the half year ended June 30, 2013, the closed period is fixed at July 22, 2013 to July 30, 2013.

Consequently, trading in AGTL’s shares during this period is not permitted.
