The rate of the dividend is Rs. 2 per share, which translates to a 20% dividend, confirmed for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. This announcement follows a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 24, 2024.

Shareholders registered by May 6, 2024, with valid National Identity Card Numbers (CNIC) and complete bank account details, received the dividend electronically. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the process adheres to the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The bank used the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) developed by CDC for the distribution, accessible at https://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk.

However, the bank has withheld payments for shareholders missing necessary identification or account information. Bank Alfalah has issued multiple reminders to these shareholders to update their details to receive their dividends.
