Karachi, Al-Noor Sugar Mills Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in Karachi to review and approve the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a closed period from May 21, 2024, to May 28, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executives are permitted to deal in the company’s shares, as stipulated under clause 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified of these developments.
