All Pakistan Newspapers Society announced Eid holidays

Karachi: Sarmad Ali, Secretary General of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society has announced that the member publications of the APNS will observe two closed holidays on account of EID-UL-FITR.

The schedule of Eid holidays is as under:

In case the Eid falls on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.

There will be no morning newspapers on Thursday, September 01, 2011 and Friday, September 02, 2011 whereas the eveningwear not appearing on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 and Thursday, September 01, 2011 may bring out their editions on Friday, September 02, 2011, if they so desire. However, if Eid falls on Thursday, September 01, 2011.

There will be no morning newspapers on Friday, September 02, 2011 and Saturday, September 03, 2011 whereas the eveningwear not appearing on Thursday, September 01, 2011 and Friday, September 02, 2011 may bring out their editions on Saturday, September 03, 2011, if they so desire.
