I am directed to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday 25th April 2013 at its registered office, Allawasaya Square, Mumtazabad Industrial Area, Vehari Road, Multan. The following will constitute agenda for the Meeting.
1. To confirm the Minutes of the last Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 27, 2013. Copy of the draft minutes enclosed.
2. To consider and approve Directors Review and Un-Audited Statements of Accounts of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months period ended March 31, 2013, draft statements of accounts is attached herewith.
3. To consider and authorize the Chairman, Mian Muhammad Jamil, CEO/MD, Mian Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh, Directors, Mian Anis Ahmad Sheikh and Mian Muhammad Alamgir Jamil Khan and the Company Secretary of the Company to sign Electronic e-filing with SECP as per its requirement vide S.R.O/211(I) 2013 dated March 13, 2013.
4. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
