To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 06, 2011, draft minutes attached.
To consider and approve the (in-Audited Statements of Accounts of the Company along with Directors’ Review for the 1~ Quarter ended September 30, 2011, draft Statements of Accounts and Directors’ Review are attached herewith.
Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
